With that new graphic style, I'm going to think that this game is an HD remake/reboot of the original Turbotime, made in an alternative universe in which he wasn't unplugged due to his jealousy with fame, and where Tobikomi didn't go to bankrupt, and continues making games, but as remakes and remasters for consoles and phones.
Additionally, I have found collision glitches that cause turbo to teleport in erratic positions, and one of them ended up breaking the game when reaching the goal.
He got stuck for the rest of the game, now Turbo is a worse glitch than Vanellope.
